I’m Siobainn, an ILM qualified and experienced mentor specialising in leadership and business development. With over 30 years of experience in management and organisational growth, I support leaders and teams in building resilience, driving success, and creating strong, high-performing workplaces through strategic leadership and development.

I’m Dawn, a qualified and experienced counsellor, supervisor and lecturer. For over 10 years, I have run a well-being programme for people with ill mental health as well as developing self-care packages for employees.
